Coral Cove 4 - Green Fields is a luxurious 2,481 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom first floor beachfront apartment where the focus is on outdoor living. There are spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea from its spacious private balcony with a sizeable jacuzzi large enough for 6 people. The interior living space comprises a spacious living room, styled with sophisticated decor of the highest standard and offers a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for groups, families with children or couples who want a romantic get away.
The deluxe King bed master suite has glass doors leading out onto the balcony with spectacular views, and the en-suite limestone bathroom is complete with two basins, a sizeable bath and walk-in shower. The Queen bedded second room and the twin bedded third room (which can be converted into a King bed) both with en suite limestone bathrooms and walk in showers are spacious and comfortable.
All bedrooms are air conditioned with additional ceiling fans and have flat screen cable TV.
Coral Cove is a very stylish set of 12 exclusive luxurious & spacious apartments designed by the renowned architect Roldano Bellori and built to the highest quality, centrally located on Paynes Bay on the very popular and desirable West Coast. You are within walking distance of several popular beach bars, fine dining restaurants, boutique shopping , the Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf Club and The Royal Westmoreland Golf Club.
It occupies approximately 100 feet of prime beach frontage, set in beautifully landscaped gardens with a variety of foliage and aged mahogany trees, and also has a private entrance to the beach just a one minute walk from the apartment.

A security deposit of US$1,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
