Horizons is a luxurious coral stone villa set within 2 acres of lush gardens and located at the end of South Road on the Old Nine Golf Course. Horizons occupies a prime location on the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate. From Horizons, a leisurely 10 minute stroll takes you to the beautiful and exclusive Sandy Lane Property Owners beach where sun loungers await your arrival. Sun shades are at your disposal and a covered lounging area is provided where you can purchase soft drinks and snacks. Alternatively, if you wish to drive, secured private parking for Sandy Lane Property owners and their house guests is readily available.
Horizons features a wonderful central area that focuses on its very large swimming pool with Jacuzzi and waterfall feature. Two partially covered seating areas both formal and informal face onto the pool and a large barbecue; a multitude of sun loungers and even a granite topped coral bar. There is no traffic noise at Horizons and this means it is up to you to enjoy the peace and quiet or to have your chosen music playing from the iPod dock audio system.
Horizons can be accessed from the road via secure electric gates and a long private drive which leads to the cascading fountain and imposing entrance. The elegant covered portico leads you into a beautiful coral stone atrium from which you can enter a number of rooms. To the immediate left is the study complete with state-of- the- art widescreen TV and Wi-Fi. On the right of the entrance the spacious living room, formal dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen can be accessed. Finally, through the front door and directly ahead, large glass French doors open onto the beautiful coral stone terraces and fabulous pool area.
Two twin rooms on the left hand side of the property enjoy en-suite shower rooms and can also be made into king-sized beds thus allowing ultimate flexibility for you and your guests. There are three large bedrooms on the right hand side of the house that boast emperor sized beds and spacious en-suite bathrooms. A one bedroom twin bedded apartment is also available at your request. The apartment provides a large walk-in shower, living room/kitchenette and can accommodate two people. All bedrooms have cable TV, air con and ceiling fans. Fitted safes are available for your security in the three bedrooms in the main house.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

The above prices include all local taxes and service charges. VAT is included at 7.5% until 31st December 2019 and at 15% thereafter. The Barbados Government Room Rate Levy is also included at 2.5% or US$10 per room per night, whichever is lower. A security deposit of US$1500 will be required on arrival.
