Kailani is a luxurious 5-bedroom ridge-front villa and cottage located in St. James on the West Coast of Barbados. This elevated position provides stunning panoramic views of the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea and is the perfect setting for taking advantage of the island’s temperate climate and enjoying al fresco dining to the evening sunsets.
The main house consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes and television. The master suite which sits at the end of the terrace features 180 degrees of breathtaking sea views. The separate cottage houses the fifth bedroom with its en-suite bathroom, complemented with a kitchenette and living room.
On the ground floor level is a large TV room equipped with large television and 3 comfortable sofas. The large, modern open plan kitchen has marble counter tops and Miele appliances. The laundry room is separate and there is also a guest powder room, office and a gym.
There is a large expansive deck, here you will find a large solid dining table which will seat 10 comfortably. There are also comfortable lounge chairs overlooking and next to the stunning infinity pool. There is a jacuzzi set in a gazebo overlooking the magnificent views. At one end of the terrace is a lovely bar and to the side of the pool terrace is a separate area fully equipped with BBQ and kitchen facilities. Next to the BBQ grill is additional seating on the terrace.
Surrounded by mature tropical gardens, Kailani exudes tranquillity, serenity and luxury. The villa, ideal for a secluded and relaxed getaway, can comfortably sleep ten guests. Its location, just 10 minutes drive from Holetown, it is the perfect base from which to explore the rest of the island.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

The above prices include all local taxes and service charges. This property is not subject to VAT but the Barbados Government Shared Economy Levy applies and is included at 10%. A security deposit of US$5000 will be required on arrival.
Children under 12 years old are only permitted on a request basis. Please contact us to discuss. At this property a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking and the deposit is strictly non-refundable. The final balance is payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit needs to be paid together with final payment prior to arrival and will be refunded once the property has been inspected within a maximum of 14 days from departure.
