Very attractive colonial style townhouse with stunning views from the villa across the Caribbean Sea.
Located on the beautiful Paynes Bay beach in St. James, Chanel No.5 is one of 6 luxury 3-storey townhouses at Mahogany Bay.
On the ground floor, French doors open from the air-conditioned open plan living and dining room to the patio, plunge pool and garden. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom suite with sitting area, en-suite bathroom and walk-in dressing room, occupies the entire second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with televisions and have balconies overlooking the garden and beach with spectacular sea views.
From the garden, a few steps lead down to the white sandy beach where there is excellent snorkelling and a short stroll along the beach brings you to a lovely spot for swimming. Chanel No.5 is just a quick 5 minute drive away from the Sandy Lane Hotel as well as the nearest shopping area, Holetown, and many of the fine restaurants located along the West Coast of Barbados.
An excellent choice for a family, or a group of friends, looking for a well-located, good quality holiday villa!

A security deposit of US$1,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
