Old Trees 8 - Sunset (also known as Old Trees 104!) is a chic and elegant beachfront apartment on the famous Paynes Bay beach on the West Coast of Barbados. This lateral first floor villa comprises of a spacious living room, modern kitchen, outdoor terrace with dining area and plunge pool and 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. The master benefits from a private balcony overlooking the stunning bay.
Having recently under gone an extensive re-fit, Sunset 104 offers luxury beach living with contemporary interiors that have high quality natural earth tone finishes, brand new bathrooms and a new kitchen. It also benefits from being a corner unit giving you plenty of natural light.
The apartment includes a housekeeper with your stay who will set out your bed each morning and ensure everything is kept spotless. You can also enjoy private beach access and private dedicated beach loungers. Paynes Bay is located close to waterfront restaurants, golf courses and spas.

A security deposit of US$1,500 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
