A Royal Villa that has been furnished in a contemporary style with its own large swimming pool and one of the few villas here to have such lovely sea views. A hire car is also included.
Royal Villa 1 is a 3 storey, coral stone home that has been superbly maintained and stylishly decorated. It includes all amenities required for your holiday and is situated within the renowned Royal Westmoreland golf estate.
Located at the end of the Royal Villas cul-de-sac, Swansway is a split level, fully detached villa with 3 en suite bedrooms. Upon entering the villa, guests will be led to the open plan living/dining area accented with white and tropical decor. The living space includes a flat screen TV, Bose stereo, DVD player, iPod docking station and dining table seating 6 people. There is a modern kitchen, equipped with microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, ceramic hob, oven and other necessary appliances. Large double doors connect the living space and private covered dining terrace with additional seating. The entire upper floor boasts views of lush gardens, the private swimming pool and the enticing Caribbean sea.
On the ground floor, guests will find the Master bedroom with King size bed and bedroom 2 with Twin beds; both feature walk through closets and en suite double vanity bathrooms. The Master suite includes a separate bath and shower, while bedroom 2 is fitted with a walk-in shower. Both of these bedrooms have access to the shared pool deck leading right out to the large private swimming pool. The remaining bedroom on the 1st floor is equipped with a Queen size bed and includes an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity.
Guests have access to the beach at Mullins with complimentary sun chairs and umbrellas. This membership is accessible via an on-site shuttle bus. Additional amenities include a communal pool, world championship 18 hole golf course, clubhouse with pro-shop, tennis courts, restaurant and bar. Last but not least, guests staying at this property have complimentary use of a Suzuki Ertiga, which seats 7 persons.
For use of vehicle, guests must be over the age of 25 and carry a local permit to drive. The vehicle is given with a full tank of petrol and must be returned with the same.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

The above prices include all local taxes and service charges. Where applicable, VAT is included at 7.5% until 31st December 2019 and at 15% thereafter. The Barbados Government Room Rate Levy is also included at 2.5% or US$10 per room per night, whichever is lower. A security deposit of US$1000 will be required on arrival.
Prices include access to 7-seater Suzuki Ertiga. Drivers must be over 25 years old and carry a local driving permit. Fuel is not included.
