Ideal beachfront 2 bedroom apartment with stunning views. Located at Speighstown with its array of waterside dining and bars for that perfect sunset cocktail.

Electra is a spacious two-bedroom apartment located within the luxurious Schooner Bay development. Located on the third floor, it offers stunning views of the free-form swimming pool, lush tropical gardens and Caribbean Sea beyond. There is also a lovely roof terrace with Jacuzzi pool, barbecue and sitting area where you can enjoy alfresco dining and cocktails.

Decorated with simple, yet elegant decor, Electra features central air-conditioning throughout. The open-plan living area is equipped with a large television, Apple TV and SONOS system; it opens on to the dining terrace via sliding glass doors. The kitchen is fully fitted with stainless steel appliances. The two bedrooms feature marble tile en suite bathrooms; the master suite has a king-sized bed and the guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is an additional powder room in the entrance hall.

Amenities include daily maid and laundress services; a cook is available at additional fee. Schooner Bay has an onsite gym which includes: Multi Gym, Treadmill, Bike and Free Weights. There is a property manager, as well as 24-hour security. Speightstown, located just a short walk from the development, offers a host of restaurants, waterfront cafes and casual bars, as well as a supermarket, banks and quaint shops. Located on the beach, Schooner Bay residents enjoy direct access to the white sands and aquamarine seas of the island's west coast.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
