Seaduced is one of the few contemporary architect designed holiday villas available for rent in Royal Westmoreland, home to one of the finest golf courses in the Caribbean. This 5 bedroom - 5 1⁄2 bathroom property is set on the 16th Fairway, looking onto the manicured par 5, 16th Green. The villa itself is uniquely designed by a young local architect, encompassing 6,400 sq. ft. over two levels.
One of the most impressive features of this luxury villa rental is the beautiful wooden entrance bridge as soon as you step inside you're surrounded by an attractive illuminated water feature. The ground level is designed as a large open plan indoor/outdoor space. The indoor living spaces open onto a large undercover terrace that features both a "wet" bar and an “al fresco" grilling and teppanyaki station, located at opposite ends of this expansive terrace.
This area perfectly frames this very generous, negative-edge, circa 60ft long swimming pool, ideally positioned to overlook the golf course and sea beyond. This pool spans the entire length of the deck, the pool has a “beach end” with sun loungers where you can relax to the sound of gentle running water.
The kitchen features appliances built into European counter high cupboards nestled behind a large, stone island serving as a full dining bar. There is a large air-conditioned media room! It’s highlighted by sumptuous soft furnishings. A fifth bedroom is situated on the lower level for easier access, nearby are established trees and shrubs with an adjoining patio, perfect for morning coffee.
The office is designed for privacy and solitude with fast broadband throughout the property. A powder room is nearby.
An illuminated, wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the remaining four en-suite guest bedrooms are situated. These include the large master suite which takes full advantage of the westerly views of the Caribbean Sea and golf course. With an adjoining terrace, perfect for sundowners!
The Master bathroom is unlike any other. It’s tiled with the finest porcelain, featuring high quality vanity units, each containing USB charging points, and above the units sits a large illuminated digital mirror. The adjoining area accommodates a bathtub, and outsize rain shower. The full-length bi-fold windows can be fully opened in each of the bathrooms enjoying amazing views. It’s as close to showering in the natural environment as you can get!
All the bedrooms are extensively fitted with tall European style, built-in closets, complemented with clean and contemporary styled bathrooms. It's difficult to find the words to describe the stunning individual bedrooms, all have adjoining terraces and high-end finishes. Three of the five bedrooms each have exceptional views of the Caribbean Sea. Some interesting contemporary art adds additional glamour to these rooms making each one unique.
Externally, this villa features a purpose-built carport for 2 cars, a keypad secure gated entrance, and fully landscaped floodlit gardens. Elite staffing is provided via long serving housekeeper(s) and chef. A butler is also provided with rentals during the Christmas season.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
The above prices include all local taxes (VAT, Shared Economy Levy, Room Rate Levy as applicable) as well as any local service charges. A security deposit of US$2,500 will be required on arrival.
Please Note: A Resort Fee of US$10 per person (16 years and over) per day is payable locally when staying at this property. The fee is payable to Royal Westmoreland on collection of guest cards and provides access to Resort amenities.
