Located within one of the newest avenues of Royal Westmoreland, Sugar Cane Ridge 22 – Mimosa is a recently constructed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home which offers unobstructed views of the golf course and out to the island’s coastline.
Featuring an open plan living and dining area, fully equipped Miele Kitchen, private pool and outdoor dining terrace, this property is ideal for family holidays. The Master suite offers a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the pool deck. Bedrooms 2 and 3, also located on the ground floor, share the second bathroom with Bedroom 2 offering a Queen-size bed and Bedroom 3 offering two Twin beds. The 4th bedroom; located on the entry level of the property, offers a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom.

A security deposit of US$750 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please Note: A Resort Fee of US$10 per person (16 years and over) per day is payable locally when staying at this property. The fee is payable to Royal Westmoreland on collection of guest cards and provides access to Resort amenities.
