Recently renovated and fully upgraded, the contemporary, open-plan villa is beautifully appointed with high-end furnishings and finishes carefully selected from across the globe. There are five luxurious en suite bedrooms featuring air conditioning, security safes, flat screen televisions, DVD players, iPod docking stations. The magnificent master bedroom suite, located on the upper level overlooks the enticing turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The generous living space with bar extends out onto the covered terraces and sundeck surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and manicured lawns, tropical flowers and swaying palm trees.
The villa features a stylish infinity edge swimming pool and sunbathing terrace with oversized sun loungers and umbrellas. The outdoor seating area, complete with pizza oven, BBQ, bar and lounge area, provides guests with ample space to enjoy outdoor living at its very finest, both day and night, with glamorous lighting illuminating the terraces after the sun sets.
The relaxed media room includes a 60” flat screen TV and the property comes complete with fast wireless internet connection throughout. Additional amenities including a pool table and a DVD library is also available. Concierge services and attentive villa staff ensure no detail is left unattended; The Dream has a house manager, two maids, a laundress, butler, chef and maintenance man and a night watchman is also available on request at an additional cost if required.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
The above prices include all local taxes and service charges. VAT is included at 7.5% until 31st December 2019 and at 15% thereafter. The Barbados Government Room Rate Levy is also included at 2.5% or US$10 per room per night, whichever is lower. A security deposit of US$10000 will be required on arrival.
