This first floor luxury condominium is located along the exclusive West Coast of Barbados just south of the Sandy Lane Hotel. With breathtaking views overlooking the pristine white sands of Paynes Bay, it offers a peaceful retreat just minutes from the hustle and bustle of the trendiest bars, restaurants and local amenities.

Featuring a spacious open plan design that flows from entrance to stunning views of the turquoise bay below. This elegant apartment has an open plan design that leads to the extensive double balcony stretching across both the living and dining areas to ensure the view is front and centre no matter your location. It also has air-conditioning throughout and state of the art kitchen and entertainment facilities to keep you connected.

The master bedroom opens directly onto the spacious balcony and gorgeous ocean views and features a walk in wardrobe and a large en suite with bath, rain shower and double vanity that can be accessed from two entrances in the room. The apartment is light and airy throughout with three additional bedrooms in the main apartment all with en suites of varying sizes and lots of wardrobe space.

There is a fifth bedroom in the detached guest cottage with a small kitchenette and living/dining area which can be accessed from the ground floor, as well as the apartment, and offers an excellent option for visiting guests who require a little more privacy.

The One at The St. James is ideally located just minutes to many of the West Coasts most popular bars and restaurants, world class golf courses and luxury brand shopping. For larger groups The One at The St. James and The Villa at The St. James can be booked together to make a great ten bedroom rental option.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
