Waterside 406 is a three-bedroom apartment that sleeps 6 guests very comfortably. Waterside is in a perfect beachfront location, within walking distance of fine dining, shopping, and more. The open floor plan lets you move easily from the indoor living space to the outdoor space, with wonderful views of the sea.
The generous living area and well-appointed kitchen are ideal for preparing lunch or dinner to enjoy on the covered terrace. The apartment offers the unique feature of a second terrace running along the length of the kitchen and living area. The covered terrace offers the same incredible views and has comfortable seating for 6 guests as well as a comfortable oversized sofa.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and decorated to a very high standard. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further bathroom for bedrooms 2 and 3. The apartment offers private access to the beach and a large communal lap pool. This luxury building includes a gym and underground parking garage with easy access to the apartment via a lift. It is just minutes from the fun and atmosphere that is Holetown. However, the apartment is a wonderful sanctuary as it sits just even with the treetops offering two terraces overlooking both the views out over the Caribbean Sea and along the beach.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period.
