Views of the gardens and the ocean beyond provide a soothing backdrop and a private office. Take a walk through the sea-facing gardens or traverse the halls to reach the pool.
The pool has seating for over 15 people in the lounge area, great for relaxing together. The dining area sits near the swimming pool and offers a choice of pool or garden views. The ground floor suites near the kitchen offer quality finishes . Both suites are ideal for extended family members or guests joining at a later date. The garden suite has a private patio and offers easy access to the pool or grounds. This suite has a double vanity, bath and separate bathroom with a bidet, standing shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom can adjoin the garden suite and is suitable for children. The modern kitchen is a chef’s dream. Indulge in a fusion of local and international dishes, all catered to requested dietary needs. Modern-day equipment ensures that any event that you host will be stylish and well represented. The kitchen also comes equipped with an espresso machine, three separate fridges and freezers and a standing wine cooler with double doors. The opulence of the master continues with one of the most spacious walk-in closets and an adjoining his and hers bathroom. The en suite bathroom features a unique serene skyscape and pristine marble countertops and tiling throughout. Just outside of the master suite, the second bedroom also enjoys views over the pool. The third bedroom just north of the master suite has a cozy balcony overlooking the pool and an intimate patio perfect for afternoon tea or sunsets. Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
The above prices include all local taxes (VAT, Shared Economy Levy, Room Rate Levy as applicable) as well as any local service charges. A security deposit of US$10,000 will be required on arrival.
