The Great House is a luxurious yet warm and welcoming island home spanning two and a half acres of manicured tropical gardens with 100 metres of prime Caribbean beachfront and a full complement of staff to cater to every need. Its understated style and elegance borrow much from Europe and North America while retaining its original Barbadian charm.

The property is split between the main estate facing the ocean, and a smaller area on the land side. Within the seaside property stands the Great House with the Great Bar overlooking a large infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea. In the Great House, the Carriage House, the two cottages, and Hillaby House there are twelve spacious suites for up to 30 guests. Seaside offers numerous possibilities for formal or informal dining, entertainment or tranquil relaxation.

Set amongst lily ponds, lawns and lovingly tended gardens, the neighbouring land side property houses a large games room, home cinema, spa room, fully equipped gym, conference room and a floodlit US Open style tennis court.

Sleeping
This ultra luxury private home sleeps up to 30 guests in twelve fully air-conditioned suites, all with en-suite bathrooms. Configuration of suites is flexible according to personal preference, one suite is wheelchair compatible. Bathrobes, slippers, hair-dryers, Penhaligon’s bathroom amenities, sarongs, and beach bags in each suite.

Entertainment
A state of the art air-conditioned home cinema with a 120’’ projector screen, Apple TV, popcorn maker, and surround sound. The games room includes a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, backgammon and chess tables, and a wide range of family board games. Musically inclined guests can enjoy use of the grand piano while overlooking the ocean.

Beach and Water Sports
The estate is set on 100 metres of pristine Caribbean beachfront with idyllic swimming. Included are two boats, a 33ft motor boat, and 18ft speedboat with ride-on inflatables, SUP’s, snorkelling and kayaks. From land enjoy the infinity lap pool with ample deck space, a wading area and ocean views.

Health and Wellness
The state-of-the-art gym with Technogym equipment, kettlebells, free weights and exercise balls is available to guests, as is the fully floodlit professional tennis court with a selection of racquets for adults and children.

Productivity
The library provides a quiet area, to read, relax, play games, work, or catch up on emails and correspondence. High speed wifi is available throughout the property, and a conference room with work station, printer and video conferencing for those requiring a working space.

Relaxation
Landscaped gardens, with two gazebos for reading, enjoying an ocean-side massage or al fresco dining. A private massage room and shower suite is available on the seaside of the property, with calming spa rooms for massages and external spa services of your choosing available off the Zen garden.

Dining
Inside, a central bar opening onto the infinity pool is flanked by majestic salt water aquariums with local reef fish. The beach bar comes with a brick pizza oven perfect for relaxed lunches at the water’s edge. Using fresh local garden produce, full-time chefs prepare sumptuous meals to suit all dietary needs. Hydration stations offering filtered still and sparkling water are found throughout the property. In addition to a well-stocked house cellar selection, world-class wine is available for pre-order.

A daily charge of US$295 (including taxes) per guest (payable locally) applies for all guests ages 10 and over. The charge includes all food, non-alcoholic beverages, airport transfers, VIP fast track, and all house-selection alcoholic beverages.
