An individually owned property within this attractive development; this townhouse is very close to the popular Mullins beach and is nicely furnished.
Located on the West Coast of Barbados within a short 5 minute walk of popular Mullins Beach is the colonial style development, Battaleys Mews. This impressive community comes complete with a large and private club house with communal swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun loungers and umbrellas and also includes a tennis court, extensive gardens, security gate and night guards as well as full time management and concierge support.
This is a privately owned 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom villa in this well kept gated community. The two-storey home with private parking for 2 cars just by the entrance, leads you to the nicely furnished and inviting open concept living and dining room on the ground floor. The living/dining room affords a light comfortable ambience with its white and nude furnishings including a sectional sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV with Apple TV, cable and Play Station 4 and dining table with seating for up to 8 persons. Just past the double doors is the personal covered terrace with a plunge pool and garden area. Also situated on the ground floor is the equipped kitchen fitted with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and other essential pieces.
All bedrooms are situated on the first floor with the Master bedroom affording a private en suite bathroom with both a bath and shower plus a private balcony. The other two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Battaleys Mews is ideally located between Holetown and Speightstown, both areas offer supermarkets, duty free shopping, boutique stores, banks, post offices, bars and restaurants. The popular Mullins Beach is just a 10 minute walk away and remains a favourite spot on the island with its sun beds and umbrellas, water sports and safe swimming.
The gym and snack bar located in the Clubhouse are now available to all guests staying at Battaleys Mews. The snack bar offers packaged snacks, wine, rum punch, beer and sodas.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
