Set amidst the beautifully landscaped gardens of Battaleys Mews, unit 7 is a tropical 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bathroom, free-flowing townhouse which offers an open plan design, with spacious interiors and welcoming outdoor spaces.
This villa offers a fully-fitted luxury Italian kitchen, fitted with European appliances; open plan living and dining areas and access to a covered terrace complete with private spa pool. All bedrooms are situated on the first floor with the Master bedroom benefitting from a private en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower plus a private balcony. The other two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 have Queen beds.
Battaleys Mews is ideally located between Holetown and Speightstown, both areas offer supermarkets, duty free shopping, boutique stores, banks, post offices, bars and restaurants. The popular Mullins Beach is just a 5 minute walk away and remains a favourite spot on the island with sun beds and umbrellas, water sports and safe swimming.
The gym and snack bar located in the Clubhouse are now available to all guests staying at Battaleys Mews. The snack bar offers packaged snacks, wine, rum punch, beer and sodas.
Prices include all local property fees (1.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
