Battaleys Mews is an impressive development of modern townhouses situated on the West Coast of Barbados, just a short walk from Mullins Beach, one of the most popular on the Platinum Coast. We are pleased to offer a number of similar properties on this development which are all managed by our partner on the island, Altman Real Estate. This is one of those properties and as such benefits from a special welcome hamper on arrival and a full local concierge service.
This is a three bedroom, two bathroom house comfortably accommodating 6 people, offering more than 2,300 sq ft of superbly finished and furnished interior space with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The spacious, open-plan living and dining areas make it easy to enjoy the carefree, inside-outside life with family and friends. There’s comfortable sofa seating, international satellite TV and wi-fi, seating for six and french doors open onto a patio with spa pool and a private garden, complete with outdoor furniture. The adjacent kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances, including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
A sky-lit, curved staircase rises through the heart of the house and leads to the bedrooms on the first floor. The 257 square feet master suite with a king-sized bed has its own private balcony, fitted wardrobes and capacious bathroom, elegantly finished in Travertine limestone, with a bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom Two has a queen-sized four poster bed and Bedroom Three has twin beds. Both rooms also feature fitted wardrobes and all bedrooms have their own independently controlled comfort cooling.
At the front of each house is a driveway with ample room for two cars and an external storage area for bikes and beach equipment. The gym and snack bar located in the Clubhouse are now available to all guests staying at Battaleys Mews. The snack bar offers packaged snacks, wine, rum punch, beer and sodas.
On your arrival at Battaleys Mews, you’ll find a welcome hamper to help you settle in, complete with essentials such as orange juice, butter, bread, milk, coffee, and sugar, plus a few local treats. All linen, bathroom and beach towels are provided and changed twice a week. If you need a travel cot or high chair, we can provide them at no additional cost. Just make sure you let us know when you make your booking. For those who prefer their holidays even more trouble-free, we offer a full concierge service which can arrange anything from extra cleaning and housekeeping to organising a customised itinerary. The costs of this are available on request.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

The above prices include all local taxes and service charges. VAT is included at 7.5% until 31st December 2019 and at 15% thereafter. The Barbados Government Room Rate Levy is also included at 2.5% or US$10 per room per night, whichever is lower. A security deposit of US$750 will be required on arrival.
