Lovely apartment finished to a very high standard with sea views. Tradewinds is located in an ideal position opposite Mullins Beach.
Tradewinds is a 1,400 sq ft first floor, two-bedroom apartment boasting stunning sea views of Mullins beach. Tradewinds features a fully-fitted kitchen with Decoran counter tops and includes all the amenities one would need for a tropical holiday such as a refrigerator with ice maker, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, utensils and more. The open plan offers a roomy air-conditioned living and dining area with seating for six, opening onto a private covered terrace. The living area is equipped with a television, cable, DVD and video.
You can enjoy cooling breezes from the terrace that flow throughout the apartment, Al fresco dining, bar with sink and small fridge can be found on the terrace. Two spacious bedrooms situated on either side of the apartment include a double bed, storage space, air-conditioning and garden views. The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath/shower, whilst a shared bathroom with bath/shower sits just outside of bedroom 2 and is perfect use when entertaining guests.
A roof-top pool and bar invites residents within that block/building to enjoy a swim or relax with views of the stunning western coastline and the tranquil sea. Especially at sunset, this is a great place to entertain with the table with seating.
Beacon Hill is in an ideal position on the island's Platinum Coast with its secluded setting opposite picturesque Mullins Beach which is only a 2-minute walk away. It is a short drive to Speightstown, Holetown and the many amenities (including golf and tennis) of the West Coast.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
