Bora Bora Upper is a bright and airy holiday apartment, located directly on the popular Paynes Bay beach, on the West Coast of Barbados. Guests can enjoy easy access to a variety of watersports, from jet skis to glass bottom boats. Restaurants are within walking distance, and the nearest shopping centre is found in Holetown, a short five minute drive away.
This first floor apartment which has been tastefully decorated, features cool tropical colours. The fan-cooled, open plan living and dining room area features high ceilings and opens on to a covered balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The kitchen is well equipped. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned – the master offers an en-suite bathroom, whilst the second bedroom is adjacent to the other bathroom.
Bora Bora is the perfect choice for those who wish a casual, relaxing holiday in Barbados. Bora Bora Upper and Bora Bora Lower can also be booked together to make a great four bedroom rental option.

Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).
Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
The 4 bedroom price will be charged when the lower 2 bedroom apartment is combined with the upper 2 bedroom apartment. These are connected by an external staircase.
In addition to the above rates there is a Final Cleaning fee of US$150 per stay, this is payable in advance and will be added to the cost of your stay.
