Located atop Carlton Ridge, this 6 bedroom villa is perfect for family and friendship groups looking to relax around the pool.

Carlton Ridge Villa sits on the largest plot in the Carlton View Estate, on the ridge behind the West Coast between Holetown and Speightstown. A circular paver drive turns in past a coral stone portico and a double garage, with the whole property enclosed behind electric gates.

The house runs to around 6,000 square feet. Four bedrooms sit in the main house and two more in a fully self-contained cottage with it's own kitchen and living room area. Across the property, 6 bedrooms sleep 12 guests in all.

Every bedroom at Carlton Ridge Villa is en suite, with the primary boasting his and hers vanities, a large walk-in wardrobe and a jacuzzi bath, and the shower in the bathroom can also be converted to a steam room.

A fun detail, one of the guest bathrooms opens onto its own planted courtyard, so the shower is effectively outdoors, offering guests in this tropical setting a chance to connect with nature. Coral stone walls, whitewashed plank ceilings and travertine floors run through the main rooms, and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as the kitchen and living room.

The kitchen is set up for home cooking, or a chef should you wish to bring your own, with granite worktops, a double oven, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar. The living area opens onto a large covered patio for dining and entertaining, and a full-size pool table sits between the two. The cottage has its own open-plan layout with a full kitchen, a separate living area and a private patio.

Outside, the pool and its coral stone deck sit within the gardens, edged with wicker loungers. A covered pavilion holds the wet bar and a barbecue, and a gazebo stands a little further off for shade. The gardens are manicured and planted with flowering trees and shrubs.
