Location and space make this beachfront villa the perfect holiday home. Lovely gardens overlooking the Caribbean Sea and very well decorated throughout.
Bright and airy, with a spacious and sunny garden, Church Point Two is a charming holiday villa offering guests the convenience of being close to the shopping and dining delights of Holetown, as well as the peace and quiet of a private beach front location. The Folkstone Marine Park and Museum is adjacent to Church Point and offers visitors to the island amazing snorkelling and scuba diving experiences.
This three bedroom villa features a casual and colourful décor, with a spacious living room opening on to the covered outdoor terrace, where you can dine al fresco, or relax with a cool tropical drink and enjoy the view of the ocean just steps away across the garden. Guests can also enjoy the plunge pool, located just off to the side of the covered terrace.
The master bedroom is located on the upper level of the villa, as is the second bedroom, both with access to the sun deck that also overlooks the garden and ocean beyond. The third bedroom is situated in a self-contained cottage just steps away from the main house via the open courtyard. Church Point Two is an excellent choice for a family or a group of friends looking for a relaxing holiday on the West Coast of Barbados.

Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).
Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
