Beautiful beach-front apartment with lovely terrace overlooking idyllic Paynes Bay beach.
Coral Cove occupies approximately 100 feet of prime beach frontage just a few minutes from Sandy Lane. This desirable location is intimately set in luxuriously landscaped gardens with beautiful, aged Mahogany trees and a private entrance to the beach. Coral Cove includes 12 exclusive luxury apartments and two stunning penthouses designed by the renowned architect Roldano Bellori.
‘Shutters’ features three beautiful bedrooms, two of which have luxurious en suite bathrooms. An additional third bathroom is situated adjacent to the twin bedroom and available to friends during luncheons or al fresco dinners. The interior living space has been stylishly appointed to the highest standards and offers a modern, fully stocked kitchen.
The apartment’s design ultimately focuses on outdoor living, affording spectacular views of the sparkling Caribbean Sea. Wonderful views from the spacious, totally private balcony, where you will be mesmerised by the sapphire waters and stretches of fine white sand hugging Coral Cove’s beautifully manicured gardens.
Coral Cove is centrally located on the West Coast and within walking distance of several popular beach bars, fine dining restaurants and boutique shopping. It is also within short distance of The Sandy Lane Hotel and Golf Club.

A security deposit of US$1,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
