Beautifully modernised with spectacular views, this Coral Cove apartment is finished to a very high standard.

Beachi is a stunning fully renovated apartment . This impeccable 2,400 sq. ft. 3 bed beach front property is located on the 2nd floor of Coral Cove and enjoys the best of sea, beach and classic Caribbean views. Being an end or corner unit No. 9 enjoys a wide sea facing terrace and all bedrooms have plenty of windows allowing the light and breeze into all the rooms and living areas.

A modern kitchen with breakfast bar sets the scene for the most comfortable of living areas which flows effortlessly via sliding doors onto the tremendous sea facing terrace, large enough to accommodate outdoor dining, sun loungers and relaxed social seating.

The luxurious master bedroom suite with walk-in wardrobe and large ensuite bathroom also enjoys the same magnificent sea views and also opens onto the main terrace via sliding terrace doors. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also include en suite bathrooms and all bedrooms and living areas are air conditioned with ceiling fans.

Communal amenities include manned 24 security, electric gates, covered parking and of course direct and private access onto one of the nicest beaches on the West Coast of Barbados where private sun loungers and umbrellas await – also enjoy safe swimming and long walks along Paynes Bay Beach.

Whilst offering all the attributes of the perfect holiday home the apartment is also ideally located within just a few minutes drive of Holetown with all manner of attractions from fine dining, beach bars, duty free shopping and supermarkets. Sandy Lane Hotel which is located one bay to the north.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period.
