Three-bedroom villa in the Apes Hill Club with a private plunge pool, covered terraces and views across the golf course to the sea. Apes Hill membership, a house golf buggy and a housekeeper two days a week make for an easy, relaxed stay.

Garden Wall 13 is a three-bedroom villa within the Apes Hill Club, set in the hills of St. James and looking out over the golf course to the sea beyond. All three bedrooms are en-suite, making it a comfortable choice for families, friends travelling together or a golfing group of up to six.

A landscaped front garden and arched entrance lead into the villa, where the open-plan living and dining area is light and airy, with ceiling fans overhead and wide glass doors that open fully onto the terrace. The sleek, contemporary kitchen with integrated appliances sits alongside the dining area, so it is easy to cook and entertain at the same time.

Outside, a covered lounge area with comfortable wicker seating looks across the private plunge pool and sun loungers to the fairways, with the sea on the horizon. Beside the dining room, a covered pavilion provides a shaded spot for alfresco meals, and there is a BBQ grill for evenings in. Tropical planting and garden walls along the sides of the terrace add to the sense of privacy.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and opens onto its own covered balcony with seating and views over the golf course to the sea – a lovely spot for morning coffee. The second bedroom has twin beds, a ceiling fan and views towards the golf course, while the third bedroom, on the ground floor, has a king-size bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and en-suite; two of the bathrooms feature twin-basin vanities and glass-enclosed showers, and one also has a bathtub.

Apes Hill membership is included with your stay, giving access to golf, tennis and padel (all at a fee), the club restaurant and the beach club. A house golf buggy is also included, subject to a signed waiver. A housekeeper looks after the villa two days a week, and the estate has secure gated access and 24-hour security.

From Apes Hill it is a short drive down to the west coast beaches and to the restaurants and shops of Holetown and Speightstown. Please note that Garden Wall 13 is a non-smoking villa.
