Imagine Villa is a contemporary 4-bedroom beachfront villa on the West Coast of Barbados. This three storey villa has been recently renovated with a stylish interior - on the ground floor you have a lovely kitchen equipped with all amenities, laundry room that includes a washer and dryer, powder room and a dining area to seat six. Next to the dining area, there is a spacious living room that opens out onto the covered terrace where you’ll find a generous sized lounge area with a salt water mirror pool to sit out, read a book or enjoy the rays of sunshine.
On the second floor, there are 3 good-sized bedrooms, all inclusive of their own three piece en-suite bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The third bedroom includes a king size bed with a stunning view of the sea that you can indulge in from the standing glass balcony. All bedrooms have closet space located inside the rooms as well as an additional closet located in the hallway for linens. A star feature is the new penthouse suite, a spacious room with vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light and floor-to-ceiling glass doors which lead out onto a private rooftop terrace with panoramic sea views – the perfect place to sunbath, relax or enjoy a sundowner with friends.
Staff included: housekeeper, personal chef and round the clock concierge. The villa is integrated with the latest technology; a multi-room audio system, over 1000 TV channels, Chromecast, atmospheric lighting zones as well as a keyless entry with with security cameras and an alarm system. Situated close to world-class waterfront restaurants, duty-free shopping and beautiful beaches.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
