In a perfect location close to the beach this brand new apartment has been decorated to a high standard. Excellent value for money in St. James.
Lantana 2 is a very well decorated ground floor apartment, situated on the west coast of the island. There are vibrant hints of colour reflected throughout the property with artful pieces produced by the owner, dotted around the apartment. This comfortably furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit offers air-conditioned bedrooms, ceiling fans in all living spaces, as well as a spacious terrace with outdoor dining. From the main living area, step out onto a spacious balcony ideal for afternoon sun bathing.
Situated within this new development, Lantana 2 is also close to several west coast amenities including Holetown and the nearby Weston Fish Market where fresh sea food is just a stroll away. The popular Mullins Beach is just 0.5 miles to the north of the property while Speightstown is located just beyond.
Guests of Lantana can enjoy access to the two communal swimming pools, tropical gardens and adequate on-site parking.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
In addition to the above rates there is an additional charge equivalent to US$200 per stay for housekeeping services. This is payable in advance and will be added to the cost of your stay.
