Hummingbird is a beautifully furnished villa at Royal Westmoreland. Very spacious and with a stunning outdoor area.
Overlooking the 11th Fairway of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course and surrounded by well manicured gardens, this villa offers elevated views of the western coast line. Tastefully furnished and designed to enjoy the comforts of tropical living this property features large open floor plans, high ceilings and a combination of marble, coral and wooden surfaces.
Hummingbird has five bedrooms - three bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the guest cottage by the pool deck - this villa is ideal for entertaining. The villa features an outdoor bar, gazebo, jacuzzi, swimming pool and BBQ grill perfect for lazy afternoons and cool evening cocktails.
The kitchen has been completely outfitted with all high end appliances, that any Michelin Chef will appreciate! The location of this property is ideal for privacy and relaxation while being in close proximity to all West Coast amenities such as banks, supermarkets, shopping centres, restaurants and nightlife as well as the popular beaches.
Guests of this property will not only be able to enjoy the great amenities of the Villa but also Royal Westmoreland amenities. This includes the Club House, tennis Courts, access to golf, Sanctuary and beach facilities located at Mullins Beach.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please note: In early 2020, Royal Westmoreland announced the likely introduction of a US$10 per person daily fee, payable locally. Although this policy has not yet been implemented, this may change in future.
