Cherub house is a large, beautifully laid out villa with stunning views across to the sea. Very smartly furnished throughout and perfect for a larger group.
Cherub House, is a lovely 6 bedroom villa standing on an elevated position within the Royal Westmoreland Estate. This villa which offers spectacular sea views, features spacious living areas, bespoke kitchen and stylish dining room. Comfortably accommodating a group of 12 there are 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 in the separate guest cottage. The outside areas benefit from a large swimming pool, vast terraces, outdoor dining and verandas all surrounded by tropical gardens allowing complete privacy and tranquility.
The main home's master suites are located on the upper level and include private balconies with panoramic views. All bedrooms offer a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The separate cottage has a living room, kitchenette and terrace overlooking the pool.
Cherub House is the perfect place to entertain. The formal dining room offers a refined spot for dinner indoors. Take advantage of the wet bar and the large fully equipped kitchen which opens out onto the terrace, a fantastic place for relaxed alfresco dining. Facilities at Royal Westmoreland include clubhouse, tennis courts, golf course, gym and beach club at the fashionable Mullins Beach.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please note: In early 2020, Royal Westmoreland announced the likely introduction of a US$10 per person daily fee, payable locally. Although this policy has not yet been implemented, this may change in future.
