Oceans Edge is in the perfect spot at Merlin Bay, overlooking the ocean. A lovely 3 bedroom villa with private plunge pool – just wonderful!

Oceans Edge is one of eight villas set within the private and secure beachfront complex of Merlin Bay, in the exclusive area of The Garden, St James. 'Ocean's Edge' is the only property right on the ocean's edge with a striking and beautiful private beachfront garden. The private garden has been magnificently re-landscaped to create a lush Caribbean Eden. The addition of a wooden decked area provides further secluded, quiet and shady areas from which to gaze along some of the most picturesque West Coast bays.

You approach Oceans Edge through communal gardens and enter on the middle floor. Your eyes are automatically drawn to the ocean immediately in front of the property – the waves gently lapping the beach at the end of the garden.

On the main level is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, which opens to a patio with plunge pool overlooking the beautiful gardens and the picture-perfect beach. The top level consists of two en-suite bedrooms; the master bedroom which leads out to a terrace and provides access to a rooftop terrace and one other. On the ground floor is the third en-suite bedroom and waterfall plunge pool. The housekeeper’s room and laundry facilities are also located on this level. All bedrooms offer the option to have the beds made as Twin beds or joined as a large king.

Guests at Ocean’s Edge also enjoy the use of the large lagoon style community pool set in the centre of Merlin Bay, with plenty of sun beds. The property also benefits from round the clock management, security and parking. Access to the beach is via a lovely winding path that leads through the trees to the beach below.
