This stunning villa at Sugar Hill sleeps 16 comfortably in the main house and cottage. Wonderful views from the house and pool deck make for an unforgettable stay.
This elegant eight-bedroom property sits on nearly two acres of undulating land on one of the few ridge-front lots within the exclusive Sugar Hill community. Monkey Hill covers around 8,000 square feet and offers its guests a unique blend of indoor and outdoor living. Almost every part of the villa enjoys wonderful views of the ocean, giving spectacular views of the sunset and island life, making your stay at Monkey Hill an unforgettable one.
The villa has 8 en-suite bedrooms, six are located in the main house and two are in the cottage. The dining room is situated adjacent to the kitchen and living room and offers excellent entertaining possibilities with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The stylish kitchen features high-end appliances, breakfast bar and counter tops of granite throughout. Separate access is provided for services as well as powder room, laundry and storage for housekeeping.
The Cottage provides two further bedrooms at Monkey Hill; the White Room and Oak Room. They both have twin beds and their own en-suite bathrooms. The Cottage itself is a self-contained unit with its own kitchen, WiFi, TV, living area and garden with outside seating and delightful views of the Island flora.
The White and Oak bedrooms, located in the cottage, have twin beds that can be made up separately or as a king size bed. The cottage has it’s own separate garden area. Monkey Hill has an extensive pool deck with infinity swimming pool and outdoor dining under a charming gazebo – like setting.
Prices include all local property fees (1.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
