Monkeys is a luxury villa located on one of the best locations at Royal Westmoreland. Beautifully furnished throughout and a lovely pool set in a tropical garden.
Monkeys is a luxurious, beautifully furnished 5 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom, private villa located on Flamboyant Drive, with beautiful views towards Barbados "platinum" West Coast and the Caribbean sea.
Monkeys' grand colonial styled entrance opens to the lobby area which includes a powder room and a guest bedroom. Via a short hallway from the lobby there is another guest bedroom, with doors opening onto a private terrace. From the entrance it leads to a large open plan living area and featuring high ceilings and ceiling fans. It then continues outside to a covered terrace and open air terrace. On the covered terrace is an elegant outdoor dining area, seating 12, perfect for dinner parties and entertaining in the warm evening Caribbean breeze. To the left is a large pool with a spacious deck area surrounded by a mature garden.
A staircase leads up to the two master bedrooms both featuring king beds and private en-suite bathrooms. They open out onto a large balcony that looks out to the Caribbean sea. The kitchen is amply equipped with all the amenities and appliances that one would expect in a luxury home. The laundry has a washer and dryer, but this should not be of concern as your meals and laundry will be taken care of by the cook and full time housekeeper.
The separate cottage is accessed off the pool deck and is a one bedroom twin bedded full en-suite accommodation.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please note: In early 2020, Royal Westmoreland announced the likely introduction of a US$10 per person daily fee, payable locally. Although this policy has not yet been implemented, this may change in future.
