Coco is a luxury 4 bedroom villa located at Mullins Bay. Very well presented throughout, it is ideally located just across the road from Mullins Beach.
Coco is an elegant four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse set amongst beautiful landscaped tropical gardens in the private estate of Mullins Bay. Located just 2-minutes’ walk from the wonderful Mullins Beach on the Platinum West Coast of Barbados, Coco is a wonderful holiday home.
Rennovated to a high standard with many coral stone features, Coco incorporates air conditioning throughout all bedrooms and the living room, marble floors and vanities in the bathrooms, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The interior design provides an airy tropical feel and exudes charm and sophistication. The spacious terrace and nearby trees provide plenty of welcome shade after a day at the beach and comprises of dining and seating areas.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with ensuite bathrooms, built in wardrobes and safes.
The garden leads to a large communal free form swimming pool with cascading waterfall. A short stroll takes you to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club and Restaurant.
Coco is ideally located just 2 minutes drive from Speightstown with plenty of great bars and restaurants, with Holetown just a 7 minute drive away.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
