Hummingbird is a luxury 4 bedroom villa located at Mullins Bay. Very well presented throughout, it is ideally located for the beach and is just steps from the Sea Shed restaurant.
Hummingbird is wonderful four-bedroom, four-bathroom townhouse located in Mullins Bay on the West Coast of Barbados. Located just 2-minutes’ walk from the world-famous Mullins Beach.
The property is set over three levels and creates a private getaway perfect for family, friends and groups travelling together. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished and feature with ensuite bathrooms, built in wardrobe, air conditioning and safes. Three of the bedrooms also have terraces overlooking the pool and gardens.
Hummingbird has a charming garden setting which flows out on to the expansive pool deck and large free form communal swimming pool.
Speightstown is just a few minutes away and offers a great selection of restaurants, shopping and nightlife including Orange Street Grocers, Local and Co. and Fish Pot. The villa is also located near to the very popular Sea Shed restaurant which is a few minutes walk.

A security deposit of US$1,200 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
