Mullins Bay Townhouse 2, also known as Blue Waters, is in this much sought after gated community, just across the road from the popular Mullins Beach. The layout offers fantastic sea views from the terrace, the 2-en suite bedrooms on the second floor or the private roof deck, ideal for early morning rejuvenation or relaxing in the evening as the sun sets over the ocean Blue Waters.
This luxury 3-bedroom villa consists of 3 en suite bathrooms with travertine floors and high-end furnishings and fixture. The lower level is spacious and accommodates living / dining area, a large kitchen, and a full bathroom with additional outdoor seating on the terrace where one can relax and dine al-fresco. There is also a private pool with lounge chairs.
The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped and has a Nespresso machine. Looking out onto the outdoor living/dining space, pool and garden with a barbecue. Enjoy a relaxing pool day with cushioned sun loungers, umbrellas and a plunge pool with an outdoor shower. The spacious living space has a TV, the kitchen leads to an intimate dining table with a desk space against the wall.
The master bedroom is en suite with a shower, footed tub and vanity. Enjoy the spacious room fit with a King bed and ample storage. The second bedroom is on the same level with a King size bed. The bathroom is down the hall and has a large shower and vanity with more storage. The third bedroom is on the third level with two, twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private balcony with seating to enjoy the breathtaking views and a sundowner or two!
The villa has an open plan, breezy indoor layout which leads out onto the outdoor living and dining space.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
