Located within the popular Mullins Bay, this luxury 3 bedroom villa with pool is only minutes from the beach. Wonderful location and a lovely villa.
Coral Breeze is a privately-owned 3 bedroom villa offering its guests privacy in the secure, gated community of Mullins Bay and is only a short walk to the beautiful Mullins Beach. Surrounded by tropical gardens, Coral Breeze is beautifully presented and is filled with all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday and features a sizeable swimming pool.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. There are three en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and bedroom 3 is equipped with a pair of twin beds. There is an additional guest bathroom.
The master bedroom, living area and kitchen area all open by French doors onto the spacious patio where you can fully enjoy indoor-outdoor living. Perfect for outdoor dining or to simply relax and sun bathe on the lounge beds by the 45 foot single lane lap pool.
The villa features two flat-screen televisions with cable, DVD players, and Wireless ADSL internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a convenient array of small appliances furnished with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware, including plastic glasses perfect for use at the pool. There are two large refrigerators, a large range oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and an adjoining room with a washing machine and dryer.
Coral Breeze is equipped with a safe in each en-suite bedroom and an alarm system. Mullins Bay features 24 hour security within the gated community. Guests will enjoy membership and use of the facilities at the Sugar Hill Resort during their stay.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
