A stunning 5 bedroom villa set in beautiful grounds. Well furnished inside and a lovely outdoor pool area with wonderful views beyond.
Seventh Heaven is a spacious and luxurious, non-smoking, five bedroom villa situated within the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. On the ground floor the villa comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, indoor dining and living area, powder room and two en-suite bedrooms, both with their own private patios which offer views of the lush tropical gardens.
Both bedrooms are furnished with two Twin beds which can be made into a King if required. The Master bedroom and third en-suite guest bedroom are located on the first floor. The Master bedroom is fitted with a King-size bed and offers a spacious private terrace with views of the resort and out to the sea. The third guest bedroom offers two Twin beds which can be joined upon request. The fifth bedroom, located in the semi-detached annex of the property, is furnished with 2 Twin beds which can be joined. This bedroom is accessible via the main driveway and offers an en-suite bathroom and is most suited to additional staff such as a travelling nanny or personal assistant. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans and have en-suite bathrooms with showers only.
The villa has a large outdoor dining area, as well as a dining gazebo by the pool. The living room opens onto a covered living area near the pool deck, and wet bar. Guests staying at Seventh Heaven can enjoy free round-trip airport shuttles, complimentary arrival grocery starter pack, wine hamper, access to the Royal Westmoreland Resort facilities, including flood-lit tennis courts, golf, club house, communal swimming pool, beach facilities and resort gym and close proximity to all west coast amenities including banks, supermarkets, shopping and fine dining.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please note: In early 2020, Royal Westmoreland announced the likely introduction of a US$10 per person daily fee, payable locally. Although this policy has not yet been implemented, this may change in future.
