Plantation House is a luxurious villa located in the heart of the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf and Country Club. This grand, colonial styled property offers magnificent views of the resort and the Caribbean Sea beyond.
This beautiful villa flows from the courtyard entrance to the spacious living room which then opens out onto the pool terrace where you can spend your days basking in the sun, sitting at the terrace bar or dining al fresco. The lower level also includes a gym, games room / cinema room and the guest bedrooms, with access to the garden which can lead up to the pool area.
All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and lower levels. They are all en-suite and have been tastefully furnished to blend beautifully with the coral stone finish to the walls and the natural travertine marble floors.
The villa comes fully staffed with housekeepers and support maids / laundresses - as well as a full time property manager who will assist with any and all requests. All guests staying at this villa will receive access to all resort facilities as well as preferential tee times.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Plantation House can also be rented as a 7 or 8 bedroom property - please ask for prices.
Please note: In early 2020, Royal Westmoreland announced the likely introduction of a US$10 per person daily fee, payable locally. Although this policy has not yet been implemented, this may change in future.
It is a requirement that names and passport details are supplied ahead of arrival for all guests staying at Plantation House.
Note: use of the owner's master bedroom is not included when booking at the 4 or 5 bedroom rate and is only available by special request and author
