Porters Place 2 is located in the recently completed Porters Place development. This is a small gated community with both private outdoor space, and lush communal garden. Upon entering the villa, you are struck by the modern and refreshing design style.
The contemporary open plan living, and kitchen area feature ample seating and a comfortable space to cook, relax and watch TV or entertain guests. The modern, state of the art kitchen is fully equipped with everything on hand to prepare meals or opt to have a chef included to try all the Caribbean delicacies your heart desires.
The living space opens onto a beautifully paved pool deck featuring comfortable Adirondack lounge chairs, sun beds and a 20ft pool which is perfect for a morning, afternoon or night-time dip with the property’s enclosure offering complete privacy.
The villa features three elegantly furnished en suite bedrooms, all include air conditioning and ceiling fans. The Master bedroom features warm wooden furniture, high quality white bed linen and accessories that create a cosy and soothing space. Blackout curtains and blinds allow for complete privacy and darkness if so desired. Sliding doors open onto the pool deck. The master bathroom features a double vanity, expertly designed lighting, and a spacious walk in shower.
Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 are both airy and tastefully decorated with well crafted furniture and high-quality white bed linen. Bedroom 2 offers a king-sized bed and en suite with a double vanity and walk in shower. Bedroom 3 offers two single beds and an ensuite featuring a single vanity and spacious walk-in shower. Both guest bedrooms are beautifully appointed with elegant fabrics and accessories.
Only a comfortable walk or short drive away is the heart of Holetown where luxury shopping, coffee shops and an array of fine dining awaits, along with day to day amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy and bank. With its prime West Coast location, Porters Place 2 is close to some of the most pristine and beautiful beaches on the Platinum coast.
Communal facilities at Porters Place include 24/7 security, a gym and club house.
Prices include all local property fees (2.5%) and taxes (10% SEL).

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
