A beautifully appointed large villa that is located a few minutes walk from the beach. This villa has a wonderful garden and pool area and you will be well looked after by a full complement of staff.
Prudence is a wonderful, newly built, 8 bedroom villa located in Old Queen's Fort, St James, on the West Coast. Old Queen's Fort, is an exclusive private road leading to the beach which is just a three minute stroll from Prudence. There are five bedrooms in the main house (two upstairs and three downstairs) and three remaining bedrooms in the cottage (one en-suite and one other bathroom shared).
Prudence offers a recently renovated diamond brighted and refurbished 45 ft free-form saltwater swimming pool which has lovely coloured pool lights that create a magical setting at night as well as 8 pool loungers. There is also a lovely gazebo with a coral stone table which seats 8 to10 people. In addition there is an outdoor gas fired barbecue nearby, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining guests under the stars.
The dining room of this Barbados villa boasts a large coral stone table which seats 12 people and a smaller 8 seat coral stone table nearby. There is a lovely bar with bar seats for pre dinner drinks and a comfortable sitting room area in and outside of the house, on which to enjoy those cocktails.
The eight bedrooms of this villa are tastefully designed with travertine floors and modern bathrooms, safes, air-conditioning and ceiling fans. There are two master bedrooms, so it is ideal if two families are sharing. Prudence does not have to be rented as an 8 bedroom rental but can be rented by taking rooms in the main house and additional rooms in the cottage if required. There is a media room, study and all 5 bedrooms in the main house have Smart TVs and Wi-Fi; the master bedroom in the cottage also has cable TV.
Prudence has Lutron lighting and an entertainment system throughout, as well as security cameras. If a security guard is needed, this can be arranged at an extra cost. There is a secure parking area in front of the house for 3 to 4 cars.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
