Royal View is a beautifully furnished Penthouse with two large en suite bedrooms, outdoor dining, sea and garden views. Ideally situated for a peaceful holiday and with easy access to golf, driving range, tennis courts, gym plus on-site dining.
Royal View includes two air-conditioned en suite bedrooms, quality kitchen and bathrooms, breakfast bar, dining area and a lovely west-facing covered terrace which offers sea views and a chance to enjoy daily sunsets from the privacy of this wonderful property. Royal View comes complete with all the comforts and conveniences of home as well as full time management and housekeeping.
Westmoreland Full Membership:
The member, spouse/partner and any children have full access to all of the facilities (Sanctuary gym, pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts, golf course, driving range and Mullins Beach Club). Villa guests register for houseguest cards which give them access to the facilities.
With reference to golf for guests residing in the villa, the Unaccompanied Full Member’s Guest or the Twilight green fees would be applicable (or if accompanied by the member, the Member Guest fee).

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please note: In early 2020, Royal Westmoreland announced the likely introduction of a US$10 per person daily fee, payable locally. Although this policy has not yet been implemented, this may change in future.
