This elegant 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa features an open-plan living space and a covered terrace suited to alfresco dining with a peaceful backdrop and tropical garden views; the perfect villa for a family holiday at Royal Westmoreland, Barbados.
Royal Villa 19 is spacious, airy, and fully air-conditioned, with well thought-out interiors, perfect for making the most of the Caribbean climate. Beautifully appointed, the living and dining areas feature rustic-style furniture and lead onto a covered terrace with breathtaking views of the established gardens, the perfect relaxing space for guests to enjoy an afternoon drink. Adjacent to the living area is a fully-equipped kitchen.
The Master Bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with access to the private pool terrace and enjoys the stunning tropical garden views. It has plenty of wardrobe space and an impressive en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2, located opposite the Master Bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom Two also has access to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 3, located on the second level, closest to the main entrance, features a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and shower. Bedroom 3 also has a private garden view terrace, perfect for guests to indulge in the charming garden views while enjoying their morning coffee. The ground-level provides ample storage, laundry and a half-bathroom which can be used as a guest bathroom.
Guests staying at Royal Villa 19 are entitled to play golf (green fees payable) at the 18 hole championship Robert Trent Jr. course and use the amenities of Royal Westmoreland such as clubhouse, tennis, beach membership with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, gym and spa.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

The above prices include all local taxes and service charges. This property is not subject to VAT but the Barbados Government Shared Economy Levy applies and is included at 10%. A security deposit of US$1000 will be required on arrival.
Please Note: A daily resort fee of US$20 per day is payable locally when staying at the property. The fee is payable to Royal Westmoreland on collection of guest cards and provides access to Club amenities.
