A well presented 3 bedroom Royal Villa in a quiet location with wonderful views out to the Caribbean Sea.
Nestled within the quiet Royal Villa Avenue of the world-renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort, Royal Villa 8 is a well-appointed semi-detached three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom villa.
With beautiful lake views, the light and airy upper level of the property, with high-vaulted ceilings, features an open plan living and dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and partially-covered terrace, perfect for quiet afternoon reading or enjoying the views of the lake and tropical landscape. Also located on the property's entry level is the first guest bedroom which offers a Queen-size Bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet.
On the lower level, the en-suite Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a large sitting area. The second guest bedroom, also en-suite, offers 2 twin beds and walk-through closet. Both bedrooms offer a covered patio and provide access to the garden and lake just beyond. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
Guests of Royal Villa 8 enjoy use of the communal Royal Villa swimming pool. The main resort, just a short distance away offers a club house with pro-shop, restaurant and bar. There is also the Sanctuary which hosts another communal pool and a state-of-the-art fitness centre. Tennis courts are also available on the main resort. As a privileged guest of Royal Villa 8 you also enjoy access to the Mullins Bay Beach Club where complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas are available.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
Please note: In early 2020, Royal Westmoreland announced the likely introduction of a US$10 per person daily fee, payable locally. Although this policy has not yet been implemented, this may change in future.
