Sea Breeze Beach Villa is a newly built, five-bedroom beachfront villa located at Prospect, St James. Designed to blend the comforts of a charming beach house elevated to modern, casual luxury, it pairs a four bedroom main home with a charming one bedroom cottage, creating a space that feels both connected and private, luxurious and comfortable.

From the moment you arrive, the blue and white palette, open layout, and natural light set a tone that is relaxed, inviting, and ready for good company. Fully staffed, the villa allows you to settle in from day one, with every detail quietly taken care of.

Each of the five bedrooms offers a comfortable place to reset, with soft coastal finishes and thoughtful touches that make longer stays feel completely effortless. Three upper floor rooms open onto balconies and in select bedrooms, you wake up to uninterrupted, beach views right from your bed. With five bathrooms and an additional downstairs powder room, there’s plenty of space for everyone to settle in comfortably.

The heart of the villa is its open-plan living and dining space, where indoor and outdoor flow seamlessly. Large doors open onto the pool and lounge area set between the main house and the cottage. This central space is made for gathering, al fresco dining by the pool, a relaxed lounge for slow afternoons, and a pizza oven that tends to turn dinner into a true event. With your dedicated team on hand, meals, drinks, and daily details flow effortlessly, leaving you free to simply enjoy the moment.
