Welcome to Sorrento 10, a newly built Barbados holiday rental for families, couples, and anyone in need of a proper reset. Tucked away in a quiet corner of Lower Carlton, St. James, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa blends clean lines, calm tones, and natural textures to create a relaxed, welcoming space that feels like a breath of fresh air. Only a 3 to 5 minute stroll to the stunning Reeds Bay beach nearby, this is the perfect holiday home for beach lovers.
Inside, the open-plan layout flows seamlessly from the living area to the kitchen, where a built-in bar invites slow mornings and casual sundowners. The space is designed to feel both easy and elevated, with tactile furnishings, warm lighting, and an atmosphere that encourages you to unplug.
Each of the three bedrooms is en suite and thoughtfully laid out to balance comfort and privacy. Two bedrooms are upstairs, while the third is on the ground floor. The bedrooms include one king size bed, one queen bed, with the third offering flexibility as two twins that can be converted into a king. Bathrooms are sleek and minimal, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or dip in your private plunge pool.
Outdoors, the villa invites you to slow down, stay awhile and take a dip to cool off in the plunge pool. When you're ready to explore, Holetown is just a 10-minute drive away, and Speightstown is even closer, as it is only 8 minutes away. From local restaurants and local beach bars to boutique shops and malls, everything you need is within easy reach.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
