Sundown is a lovely spacious 4 bedroom villa with wonderful outdoor space and pool area. Perfect location at Mullins Beach close to Speightstown with all its amenities.
Located at Mullins Beach, Sundown Villa is the ideal place to explore the considerable delights of Barbados’ western coast. This five-bedroom villa is just a three-minute drive from the island’s second-largest town, Speightstown, and has its own stunning pool and terrace set in lush, tropical gardens.
Colourful inside and out, Sundown Villa enjoys a magnificent location, with breath-taking ocean views from many of its rooms. Upon entering the villa you will find the living room where you have a light and bright seating area with wall-mounted flat screen television. An indoor dining area is perfect for a more formal dinner, and an impressive kitchen has everything you may need, including a huge fridge freezer and dishwasher.
There is a glorious outdoor pool, and for outdoor dining there is a gazebo equipped with a dining table and BBQ. There is also an outdoor hammock for added comfort. Sundown Villa offers easy access to Holetown & Speightstown, both offering cafes, fine dining restaurants, boutique shopping and other convenient amenities. For golfers, the renowned Royal Westmoreland Golf Course is just 10 minutes away by car.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
