The Reef is a luxurious 4 bedroom villa overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea. The Reef will take your breath away with its sleek architectural design and decadent interiors. This modern villa is ideal for those who love to entertain, with several dining options and a lovely open air terrace providing lots of opportunity to capture the magnificent sunsets with friends.
The chic entrance flows through to a generous living area with plush furnishings, statement chandeliers and full entertainment area. The ultra modern kitchen opens up to the formal dining area and while this floor has central air conditioning, the sounds of the ocean can be heard beyond the French doors. On the spacious covered verandah there is casual seating, a shabby chic super-sized dining table that seats up to eight and gorgeous views of the bay. A guest bedroom can be found on this floor near the entrance and features twin beds, spacious walk-in dressing area and en-suite bathroom.
On the second floor you will find the second guest bedroom with king-size bed, built in wardrobes and stunning en-suite bathroom. The luxury master bedroom is resplendent with elegant wooden beams suspended from the ceiling and lit up with warm recessed lighting. The breathtaking king-size bed features a repurposed church door as the headboard that exudes old world glamour and commands the room. There is a bright and airy walk-in dressing area, gorgeous en-suite bathroom with marbled flooring and a Jacuzzi bath and a cosy seating area with entertainment system. French doors offer the opportunity to completely open up the room to the spacious covered verandah and spectacular views of the bay. This verandah has causal loungers, dining table and a wet bar offering yet another option for entertaining on a more intimate level.
From the main floor you descend to the ground floor where you will find a convenient self-enclosed office ideal for working holidays and an exquisite dining area with seating for ten. A fourth bedroom is tucked away to the rear offering privacy for guests and the entire level feels like a self-contained cottage of its own with kitchenette, guest bathroom off the office and a cosy lounge area with entertainment console. The terrace is accessed from this floor and offers lots of casual seating areas, a barbecue pit and more dining options for al fresco evenings under the stars with the sounds of the waves in the background. The terrace is fully enclosed for security and has a private gate and stairway leading down to the gorgeous sands of the calm bay below.
The Reef is nestled just off the coast road, set on a stunning cliff with nearby five star restaurants, chic luxury boutiques, golf courses, trendy bars and nightclubs all within easy reach. There is a tidal beach and amazing snorkelling just steps below the villa.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
