Villas on the Beach is a luxury apartment complex in Barbados, located on a beautiful West Coast beach only a few minutes walk to the heart of Holetown.
Apartment 304 sits on the second floor and boasts breathtaking views of the crystal-clear Caribbean Sea from its private patio. This stylish, fully refurbished two-bedroom, two-bathroom property features air-conditioned living spaces and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort.
The master bedroom with King sized bed is positioned to make the most of the Caribbean sea with wonderful views. Bedroom 2 has Twin beds that can also convert to a King bed. Both bedrooms are en suite, offering convenience and privacy.
Guests also enjoy exclusive access to the on-site gym, located in the basement of the complex.
The superb location in Holetown means that basically everything you may need for an excellent holiday is within a short stroll - fine dining restaurants, excellent duty-free shopping, exciting nightlife, a grocery store, banks, a medical centre and much more! In addition, for the golfer at heart, just a short drive away is Sandy Lane golf course.

Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
