In our view

A superb 2 bedroom beachfront apartment, very modern throughout and steps away from the beach. Benefits from a 30m designer pool separating the apartments and the beach.

Apartment 303 is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment situated on the second floor at Waterside. It has been nicely furnished and finished to a very good standard. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and personal closet space. The open plan living/dining and kitchen area look out onto the sea-facing dining terrace. The apartment has lovely sea views and includes all necessary amenities for a wonderful holiday such as high speed WiFi, cable TV, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer and more.

Guests have access to the communal pool deck with complimentary lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also an on-site fully equipped gym which is free of charge and an underground parking garage with easy access to the apartment via a lift.

Located in Paynes Bay on the West Coast, Waterside offers its guests an idyllic setting with all modern amenities close at hand. The popular Holetown area is a mere 5 minutes north of the development, with its supermarkets, banks, duty-free shopping facilities and some of the island's best restaurants, from the affordable to the exclusive. Water sports are available within a few minutes' walk and several world class golf courses are just a short drive away.

The world-famous restaurant 'The Cliff' is a short walk away, while Daphne's restaurant is even closer. The Sandy Lane Hotel is a comfortable stroll up the beach. The development is set back from the main road, ensuring peace and privacy while on holiday here. Further, the on-site site manager can assist with any requests and of course the Night Watchman makes you feel completely secured.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
