This stylish and well-appointed one-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment overlooks tropical gardens, a 40 metres long lap pool which holds 50,000 gallons of water (chemicals for this size of pool is minimal) and the pristine beach of Paynes Bay on the West Coast of Barbados.

The décor’s restful driftwood, sand and sea palette draws attention to the sole purpose of this chic and spacious unit – relaxation. Splendid Caribbean Sea vistas can be enjoyed from the open-plan living/dining room and the intimate terrace – just the spot for apéritifs in the evening. French doors also link the patio to the air-conditioned master bedroom with a beautiful marble en-suite bathroom.

The tranquil Caribbean Sea is steps away from the shimmering resort lap pool with its expansive sun deck. Guests also have access via elevator to all of the floors, a gym on site as well as secured, private parking underground. A security deposit of US$750 will be required on arrival.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.

All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

In addition to the above rates there is a charge of US$100 per stay for final cleaning services, this is payable in advance and will be added to the cost of your stay.
