Set up the hill from the coast, this is a nice apartment in a breezy location with great views. A car isn't essential but advised due to the fairly steep climb.
Westlook No. 1 is an end of row townhouse featuring open-plan living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful private patio with pool, umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as al fresco dining facilities. This 2-bedroom townhouse befits from cool breezes, beautiful sea views and close proximity to the West Coast’s best beaches, restaurants and boutiques. The unit features a well-equipped kitchen, living area with media centre and a west-facing terrace with private pool, sun loungers and umbrellas and al fresco dining.
Tastefully furnished and finished to a high standard, ‘The Inheritance’ features two en suite bedrooms, one with a four-poster queen bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms feature ceiling fans, air conditioning and cathedral style pickled pine ceilings. Additional sleeping accommodation is available on the living room’s pullout sofa bed.
Amenities include all linens, hairdryer, alarm clock, clothes washer / dryer, housekeeping services and gardening/pool maintenance services. Airport transfer and groceries can be arranged if required. A 10-minute drive from Holetown, ‘The Inheritance’ is within easy reach of the West Coast’s top amenities, including great shopping, nightlife and world-class dining.
Prices include all local property taxes (10% SEL).
Unlike some operators, we always include the local Barbados fees and taxes in our prices – this isn't added later. If you find any of our properties at a lower price elsewhere we promise to match it for you.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
